Therapeutic Coaching brings together clinical expertise and solution-focused coaching techniques to produce rapid, effective results. By utilizing an intensive coaching model with multiple sessions each week, clients build the skills needed to strengthen relationships, navigate and regulate emotions, and demonstrate healthy behavioral self-control.
My work is centered on developing strong, supportive relationships and promoting meaningful personal growth. I focus on identifying and interrupting unhelpful behaviors, shaping positive thinking patterns, and improving self-image so clients can move forward with clarity and confidence.
I draw from a range of evidence-informed clinical modalities—including DBT skills, CBT, EMDR, and Neurofeedback—alongside experiential coaching practices such as nature-based interventions and hands-on learning. This blended approach allows me to tailor support to each individual’s needs and create practical, sustainable change that extends beyond the coaching space.

First Session — $80
This initial meeting provides an opportunity for us to connect, discuss goals, clarify current needs, and determine whether working together is the right fit. It’s a space to ask questions, explore options, and establish a starting point for the coaching process.
Ongoing Sessions — $125 per session
Most clients meet weekly to maintain consistent progress, while those seeking accelerated results may choose multiple sessions per week. Frequency is flexible and can be adjusted based on the level of support needed and desired pace of growth.
